the location was perfect for accessing transportation, being so close to the termini station. breakfast offered a good start to the day, with a selection of pastries and coffee. i appreciated the staff's readiness to assist with directions and recommendations. they even stored my luggage after checkout, since my train was later in the evening.
The shower was quite small and the shower curtain stuck to me. it made moving around comfortably a challenge.

The hotel provides luggage storage before check-in and after checkout. This was very convenient. i found a vending machine for drinks located near the lobby. wi-fi access was available throughout the hotel without any issues.

The reception desk operates 24 hours a day. staff helped me book a taxi to the airport. That was really helpful. they also provided tourist maps of the city at no extra cost. communication was smooth.

Breakfast included croissants, bread, jam, and cereal. coffee, tea, and juice were available as well. the breakfast area had enough seating for all guests during peak hours. I never had to wait for a table.

The staff at the reception was very friendly. Check in time is flexible, it was very great for me.
The air conditioning don't work, so I need windows to be open. There was a lot traffic noise early in the morning while I'm trying to sleep.

i adored the garden terrace it was special i enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere there the building felt quaint and had a lovely charm it was a very cute sight after a long day.
the shower was quite small the curtain kept sticking to me that was a bit bothersome the air conditioning did not work well i needed open windows this caused traffic noise in the early morning.
